Strong hands-on experience with: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefit Focus (Benefits Administration) SAP S/4HANA Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream Experience in end-to-end implementation projects. Strong requirement gathering and business process mapping skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience supporting SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Exposure to Procurement or Finance modules in SAP S/4HANA.
