Own the QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs for all projects. •    Establish and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices. •    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and tools. •    Manage QA projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution. •    Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
