We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems that go beyond chatbots — systems that can think, decide, and act within enterprise environments.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
🔹 What You’ll Do
▪️Design and deploy cutting-edge AI agents using orchestration layers like n8n, Temporal, and next-gen agentic stacks
▪️Build context-aware workflows integrated with enterprise systems (CRMs, APIs, internal tools)
▪️Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship production-grade AI agent flows
▪️Collaborate with product & design to identify high-impact AI use cases
▪️Push the limits of RAG, embeddings, and vector search for grounded intelligence
▪️Integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, and other LLM ecosystems
Develop multi-agent systems (planner-executor, memory layers, tool-using agents)
▪️Own the full AI lifecycle: prompt engineering → evaluation → deployment → monitoring
▪️Ensure reliability, latency, and safety of AI outputs
🔹 What We’re Looking For
▪️ 8+ years in Machine Learning / NLP / AI Engineering
▪️Strong experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) including prompt engineering & deployment
▪️Hands-on with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
▪️Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Temporal, n8n, etc.)
▪️Proficiency in Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
▪️Understanding of multi-agent systems & distributed architectures
▪️Solid foundation in APIs, CI/CD, version control, and performance optimization
▪️Startup mindset: fast-moving, experimental, and outcome-driven
