Gapstars is looking for a Senior Freelance Data Engineer to help design and deliver an embedded analytics solution for a SaaS platform serving enterprise customers. The current dashboard setup is not meeting customer expectations. We are looking for someone who can help rethink the architecture and build a solution that is scalable, maintainable, and product-ready. What Makes This Role Interesting? As a Freelance Data Engineer, you will: • Own the technical design of the analytics solution • Build and optimize data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Improve or redesign dashboard integration inside the application • Work closely with software engineers • Evaluate existing tooling and propose better alternatives if needed • Deliver a working solution over approximately three months, after which the internal team may continue maintenance This is not a simple dashboard development job, this is a platform-level data engineering challenge.
