I’m currently partnering with a highly respected Melbourne fit-out and refurbishment contractor to recruit for two senior opportunities within their growing team. - Senior Project Manager Seeking an experienced construction professional with a strong background delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment projects valued at $15M+. The business is particularly interested in individuals who have successfully delivered major hospital, healthcare, laboratory or science & research environments and have proven experience leading both teams and projects from inception through to completion. - Senior Contract Administrator This opportunity is suited to a commercially astute CA with demonstrated experience working on projects up to $10M. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the business operates with a highly team-focused delivery model across all projects. This contractor has built an excellent reputation delivering technically complex interiors, healthcare, research and refurbishment projects across Victoria, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
