Hiring Mid-Level SEO Specialist ClusterTech | Islamabad, Pakistan | Full-time | Onsite SEO • AEO • GEO As our Mid-Level SEO Specialist, you’ll own the full search strategy — from deep technical audits to content optimization — and help us stay ahead of the curve as search evolves into something entirely new. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search results (AEO). Research and implement GEO strategies to get our brand cited by AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google SGE, and Perplexity. Conduct thorough technical SEO audits — crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture. Build and manage a healthy backlink profile through white-hat link acquisition. Track, analyze, and report on organic performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Collaborate with content, dev, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are baked in — not bolted on. Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search trends, and the evolving search landscape. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a professional or agency setting. Strong command of on-page SEO: keyword research, content optimization, meta strategy, internal linking. Proven off-page experience: link building, digital PR, or outreach campaigns. Technical SEO fluency: schema markup, site speed, crawl management, indexation, log file analysis. Solid understanding of AEO — optimizing for featured snippets, FAQs, and voice queries. Familiarity with GEO concepts — optimizing content to be surfaced by AI-driven search engines. Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. Data-driven mindset — comfortable making decisions backed by analytics, not assumptions.
