Service Designers & SC Cleared User Researchers – Public Sector Contracts I’m currently supporting a number of public sector digital workstreams and looking to speak with experienced Service Designers and SC Cleared User Researchers for upcoming contract roles. Service Designers (2 roles) Rate: £450/day (Inside IR35) Contract: 3-month rolling Start: ASAP Working pattern: Fully remote Background: Strong public sector / government experience Experience delivering discovery and shaping services within multidisciplinary teams User Researchers (2 roles – SC Cleared) Clearance: Active SC required Contract: 3 months initially (likely extension) Working pattern: Mostly remote, with monthly travel to Exeter Background: Public sector experience essential Strong qualitative and mixed-methods research experience, comfortable working in secure environments These roles suit people who are confident operating at pace, working through ambiguity, and delivering clear outcomes in discovery and early delivery phases.
