I'm looking for contractor support on some high profile and wonderfully complex Service Design & UX Research projects.
1. Senior Service Designers - with experience of designing in complex in-house environments, leading end-to-end work across channels, excellent stakeholder and communication skills and can own a whole piece of work
2. UX Researcher - able to deliver the standard user testing, interviews and surveys to a high quality, strong on method selection, delivery and again - good communication and storytelling skills
All roles are primarily remote, and you get to join my excellent team.
