📢 Contract Opportunity – Service Designers (Wales) We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity with a fantastic organisation in Wales, working on the design, delivery, and implementation of a new Programme. As part of this new service, we’re looking for experienced Service Designers who can: ✅ Refine and develop service maps and blueprints, including end-to-end flows ✅ Ensure work aligns with policy intent and design principles ✅ Plan and run collaborative sessions to design robust services ✅ Work closely with Service Owners and BAs to ensure accessibility and inclusivity ✅ Collaborate within an AGILE team across digital and offline journeys, including prototyping ✅ Identify service risks and tackle them through iterative design and clear communication ✅ Deliver a seamless, well-designed user journey Ideal Candidate will have: ✔ 1–2 years’ experience on complex digital services (public sector experience preferred) ✔ Senior, hands-on professionals who thrive on problem-solving and creating inclusive services You would require to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week in Cardiff.
