The ideal candidate will gather requirements, define user stories, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality ServiceNow enhancements and integrations. Qualifications:  2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/QA Tester in ServiceNow environments.  Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.  Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.  Experience writing test cases, test plans, and executing test cycles.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  ITIL/ServiceNow certification is a plus. #USAjobs #ITjobs #Techjobs #ServiceNow #BA #BusinessAnalyst
