Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB
Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI pages
Work with JavaScript, Glide API, UI Builder, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory, MID Server
Support CMDB and CSDM implementations
Leverage AI-driven automation capabilities within ServiceNow
Handle upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and production support
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams
Required Skills:
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and update sets
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
ITOM experience (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management)
Agile methodology exposure
Cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure)
