Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst (Only Local Candidates) Location: Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite - Only local candidates) Type: Contract We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to bridge HR and IT and optimize employee services. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business requirements • Map HR workflows and create user stories • Design HRSD applications and configurations • Manage UAT and provide post-implementation support • Create dashboards and performance analytics • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams • Support BAU operations and enhancements Required Skills: ✔️ 5+ years ServiceNow HRSD experience ✔️ HR Case & Knowledge Management ✔️ Enterprise Onboarding & Lifecycle Events ✔️ Process mapping & documentation (BRD, user stories) ✔️ ServiceNow data models & security ✔️ HCM integrations (Workday preferred) ✔️ Agile / Scrum experience ✔️ Strong stakeholder management skills Preferred: • ServiceNow CSA or CIS-HRSD Certification Ideal candidate will be a functional expert who can drive HR transformation using ServiceNow HRSD. 📩 Interested candidates — Please share your resume or refer someone who would be a great fit!
