🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow ITAM / ITSM Developer & Architect (Contract) 📍 Locations: • Developer: Philadelphia, PA • Architect: New Brunswick, NJ 🕒 Job Type: Contract Role We are looking for skilled ServiceNow ITAM / ITSM Developers and Architects to join our team for an exciting contract opportunity. 🔍 Roles & Responsibilities ✅ Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, stability, and reliability ✅ Lead custom application design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform ✅ Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions 🛠 Technical Skills Required 🔹 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies 🔹 In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and CSM 🔹 Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) 🔹 Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL 🎓 Certifications (Preferred) ✔️ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ✔️ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ✔️ Other relevant ServiceNow certifications 🤝 Soft Skills ⭐ Excellent communication and leadership abilities ⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ➕ Preferred Qualifications ✔️ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments ✔️ Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices 📩 Interested or know someone who’d be a great fit?
