🚀 Urgent Contract Opportunity at Trot Labs – ServiceNow ITSM Developer 📍 Work Location: Toronto, ON Work Style: Hybrid (3 days office) 🕒 Contract Role 📧 Apply: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] ServiceNow Tech Lead with 8-10 years of experience to design, build, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across both IT and non-IT domains. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in enterprise BFSI environments. Key Responsibilities include: - Designing, building, testing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions using ITSM, Virtual Agent, and the Now Platform. - Developing and configuring ServiceNow components such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, REST APIs, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and PA Indicators. - Managing Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Automation. - Leading new implementations, enhancements, and backlog development activities. - Building and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. - Implementing Service Portal solutions using AngularJS. - Supporting CMDB, Cloud Discovery, and platform upgrades while minimizing customizations. - Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Coaching and guiding developers, administrators, and testers. - Participating in Agile delivery, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and UAT defect resolution. - Leveraging Now Assist and AI-driven capabilities across ITSM, Virtual Agent, HRSD, and CSM. Required Skills: - 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - A minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and Virtual Agent. - Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development best practices. - Expertise in Client-side and server-side JavaScript Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and XML. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and other non-ITSM modules. - Strong integration experience using REST and other integration mechanisms. - Experience working in Agile Sprint-based delivery models. Good-to-Have: - Experience with ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HAM, BCM, APM, and App Engine.
