Key Responsibilities AI Data Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud to support advanced analytics and Generative AI workloads. LLM Integration: Build agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems by integrating Snowflake with OpenAI APIs via Snowflake External Access and AWS API Gateway. Snowflake Development: Develop scalable transformations using Snowpark (Python) and leverage native Cortex AI functions (such as Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst) for text-to-SQL and semantic search tasks. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS-native integrations, including landing data in Amazon S3, orchestrating with AWS Lambda, and securing endpoints using AWS IAM and PrivateLink. Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor and tune virtual warehouse utilization to ensure high-speed query performance while maintaining strict credit budgets (FinOps).
