Social Media & Community Manager

We’re Hiring – Social Media & Community Manager (Freelance – US Market) As part of our expansion in the United States, we are looking for a US-based freelance (NY) Social Media & Community Manager to support the development and day-to-day management of our social media presence.  Mission Objective Adapt and execute our social media strategy for the US market, while respecting the brand’s premium positioning, tone, and overall identity — and aligning with American cultural and social codes.  Key Responsibilities: • Manage and animate Instagram (primarily), with potential LinkedIn • Publish provided or co-created content (posts, stories, reels) • Adapt captions, hashtags, and formats to the US audience • Ensure brand tone, image, and messaging consistency • Handle basic community engagement (comments & DMs) • Proactively suggest relevant formats and local trends • Share US market feedback and performance insights  Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Strategy Lead. Editorial guidelines and key messaging defined upfront — autonomy on operational execution. Regular weekly or bi-monthly check-ins.  Profile We’re Looking For: • Freelance professional based in the United States • Native or perfectly fluent English / Bilingual French • Strong understanding of US social and cultural codes • Comfortable with premium / lifestyle / beauty / spa brands (a strong plus) • Editorial and visual sensitivity • Organized, responsive, proactive  Details: Freelance contract – Estimated 5 to 8 hours per week (scalable) Progressive start with trial phase Renewable mission Compensation based on profile and experience  Our Mid-Term Goal: Build a coherent and credible presence in the US market, generate meaningful engagement with a qualified local audience, and lay the foundation for a scalable social media strategy.  Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
