We're a creative, energetic team that loves ideas, fast execution, and content that actually goes live, You'l| work closely with marketing and social media on real campaigns, launches, and activations - in a fun, hands-on environment. Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time We're looking for a full-time, in-house Social Media Content Creator to ioin us under our visa. This is an exclusive role (no freelancing) for someone who lives and breathes social media and is always ready to capture the moment. What You'll Do • Create daily short-form content for Instagram & TikTok (Reels, Stories, BTS trends, on-ground shoots) • Shoot high-quality video and photos using a mobile phone and basic accessories lighting, tripod, etc.) (will also have access to our in house photographers and videographers) • Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools (cuts, captions, transitions, trending audio) • Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing teams to plan, build, and execute the monthly content calendar • Brainstorm and propose content ideas formats, hooks, and trends proactively • Capture real-time content at kitchens deliveries, events, shoots, activations, and collaborations • Support product launches, promotions goal-based meal plans, and campaigns with timely content • Appear on camera when needed (voiceovers, lifestyle shots, BTS) • Organize content files, captions, drafts, and posting schedules efficiently • Ensure all content aligns with Meals on Me's brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines • Monitor basic content performance (reach engagement) and adapt ideas accordingly We're Looking For Someone Who • Is creative, energetic, proactive, and hands-on • Lives and breathes social media trends • Is well-organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Speaks English fluently • Has a UAE driving license and own car (mandatory) • Is comfortable filming people, food, and appearing on camera • Is available full-time with exclusive commitment (no freelancing) This Role ls Not For You lf • You're looking for freelance flexibility • You prefer a slow-paced or desk-only role • You're not comfortable being on the move or filming on demand Why Join Meals on Me • Fun, creative, high-energy team • Real ownership and visibility • Your content goes live no endless approvals • Growth with a fast-scaling brand To Apply: Send your CV + portfolio or Instagram/ TikTok page Apply at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Socialmedia #hiring #recruitment #Dubai
