Position: Freelance Social Media Growth Manager and PPC Lead Generation Specialist Location: Remote / Work from Home Average Salary (Estimated): • Social Media Growth Manager: INR 30,000 – INR 70,000 per month • PPC Lead Generation Specialist: INR 40,000 – INR 90,000 per month Key Responsibilities Social Media Growth Manager • Content planning and posting on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Caption writing and collaboration with designers • Community management and audience engagement • UGC creator coordination • Performance tracking and reporting PPC Lead Generation Specialist • Manage Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads campaigns • Conversion tracking with GTM, GA4, pixels, CAPI, and CRM • Optimize cost per lead and lead quality • Fix campaign tracking and performance issues • Weekly reporting and action planning Key Skills & Experience • Social media marketing and community engagement • Paid advertising and lead generation campaigns • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools • Conversion tracking and performance optimization • Strong reporting and marketing analysis skills This opportunity offers strong career growth in digital marketing, paid advertising, and performance marketing while working remotely with a dynamic agency team.
