*HIRING* Social Media Manager — Sports & Culture Freelance / Project-based · Delhi NCR · 6 Months We're launching a live sports campaign across 4 platforms and we need someone who lives on social — not just manages it. What you'll do Run day-to-day social across Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads for a women's sports league launching this year. Scheduling, community management, real-time posting during live events, story uploads, engagement — you own the accounts end to end. During the live season you're on 7 days a week, moving fast. You're the right fit if you — Have 2–3 years managing brand or sports social accounts — Know Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools and basic analytics inside out — Can write a caption that actually sounds human — Are calm under pressure and fast with turnarounds — match days wait for no one — Understand Hindi-speaking audiences and can engage authentically Nice to have Basic Canva or design sense to flag when something looks off. Experience with sports, entertainment or cultural brands. What this is not A content creation role.
