🚨 Looking for a Freelance Software Engineer – Genesys Cloud IVR Integration 🚨 I am currently looking for a freelance Software Engineer to support a high-impact Genesys Cloud IVR migration project. This role focuses on building middleware that connects Genesys Cloud with enterprise backend systems. This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who enjoys integration work, cloud services, and real-world problem solving. What I’m looking for: Strong experience with Java for middleware and microservices Hands-on Python experience, especially with AWS Lambda Solid experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) Experience integrating with SAP and Oracle systems using APIs Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions or Jenkins Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments Nice to have: Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs or IVR integrations Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS Monitoring tools like CloudWatch or ELK ⏳ Freelance / REMOTE opportunity If this sounds like you, or if you know someone who would be a good fit, please DM me or comment below.
