We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC 📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra 🏢 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site 📌 Preference: Maharashtra-based candidates Role Overview :- Date Energy is seeking an experienced (7+) Solar Project Manager – EPC to lead the end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. This is a critical leadership role responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery in line with quality, safety, budget, and regulatory standards. The role is best suited for professionals with strong hands-on Solar EPC execution experience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, sites, and teams. Key Responsibilities :- •Lead complete execution of Solar EPC projects, from project planning through commissioning and handover. •Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. •Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical documentation as per applicable standards. •Lead and coordinate project engineers, site teams, contractors, and vendors. •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. •Oversee procurement, material planning, logistics, and vendor management. •Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project sites. •Track project progress, resolve execution challenges proactively, and report to senior management. •Manage commissioning, documentation, project handover, and post-completion coordination. Candidate Profile (Key Requirements) •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. •7+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution (rooftop and/or ground-mounted). •Strong hands-on expertise in solar PV system design, execution, and commissioning. •Proven experience managing medium to large-scale EPC projects, multiple sites, and cross-functional teams. •Solid understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. •Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. •Proficiency in project management tools, design software, and technical documentation.
