Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Develop concept-driven copy for integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels
βοΈ Write and adapt healthcare content (educational materials, patient communications, B2B marketing assets) in both English and Spanish
βοΈ Translate complex medical, agricultural, and workersβ compensation topics into clear, engaging language
βοΈ Partner with designers and strategists to bring creative concepts to life
βοΈ Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, regulatory standards, and cultural nuances
βοΈ Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and consistency in both languages
βοΈ Contribute to content strategy and messaging frameworks
π« Qualifications
πΊ 3β5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
πΊ Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-based campaigns and bilingual work (English/Spanish)
πΊ Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with excellent writing and adaptation skills (not just direct translation)
πΊ Ability to simplify complex medical or technical information without losing accuracy
πΊ Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare communications is a plus
πΊ Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
