We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Spanish/English Medical Interpreter to join our team in Washington, DC (on-site, PRN/as needed). This role is so much more than interpretation—it’s about advocating for patients, supporting families, and ensuring every voice is heard in critical moments. 💬 What you’ll do: ✨ Provide accurate interpretation in medical settings (in-person, phone, video) ✨ Support patients, families, and care teams during critical and sensitive situations ✨ Help eliminate language barriers and improve patient experience ✨ Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure culturally competent care 🎯 What we’re looking for: ✔️ Fluency in Spanish & English ✔️ Strong knowledge of medical terminology ✔️ Experience interpreting in high-impact or critical settings ✔️ Completion of a 40-hour Medical Interpreter Training (required) ✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 💙 Why this role matters: Every conversation you support can impact outcomes, trust, and care.
