This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys blending creativity with technical execution. ✨ What You’ll Do: • Design impactful retail spaces through floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, and renderings • Translate global design standards into localized, code-compliant store solutions • Partner cross-functionally with construction, merchandising, and operations teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution • Review drawings and collaborate with third-party consultants to ensure quality and accuracy 🎯 What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of retail store design experience with a retailer (roll-out experience is a big plus!) • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to balance creativity with detail-oriented execution • Strong communication and presentation skills • A collaborative, organized, and adaptable mindset 💡 The Team: You’ll join a close-knit team of 4 designers supporting ongoing and evolving retail design projects across North America continuously piloting new concepts and innovations.
