Stylized Animator

🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior & Mid Animators (Stylized / Pushed Animation) 🚨 We’re currently looking for Senior and Mid-Level Animators to join our team with immediate availability. This project has a very specific animation style, and we’re looking for artists who are genuinely comfortable and excited about delivering it. 🔎What we’re looking for • A strong artistic eye with a clear sense of appeal, shape language, and posing • Proven ability to create cartoony, highly pushed animation (bold poses, exaggerated acting, strong silhouettes, intentional timing — think feature-quality stylization rather than realism, with a Bad Guys-style energy) • Strong understanding of clarity, acting, and staging, ensuring shots read instantly and emotionally • Ability to deliver high-quality animation within feature quotas and similar • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset when tackling complex shots or performances • Comfort taking creative ownership of shots, pushing ideas while staying aligned with direction • (Bonus) Experience with pre-production animation, including blocking, shot exploration, and helping define performance and staging early on ✏️What you’d be doing • Animating character performances with a focus on appeal, comedy, and strong acting choices • Pushing poses and timing while maintaining clarity and consistency across the show • Collaborating closely with direction to refine performances and elevate storytelling • Helping identify and solve animation challenges early, especially on more complex or performance-heavy shots 📩 Start date: immediate Please be mindful that we are mainly looking for artists who can work full-time with us. Depending on applicant, the contracts will have a rough duration of 2 months with possibility of extension/renovation.
