System Administrator – Customer Deployment Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Freelance System Administrator – Customer Deployment Specialist Do you love owning deployments end-to-end and working directly with customer IT teams to make things actually work? If enterprise rollouts, automation, and troubleshooting at scale excite you — this one’s for you. 🔧 What you’ll do 1. Lead customer deployments across India (remote + on-site when needed) 2. Execute mass rollouts using Active Directory (On-Prem / Azure AD) 3. Work hands-on with ManageEngine Desktop Central / Endpoint Central 4. Automate deployments using Ansible / PowerShell / Bash 5. Handle installations, configuration, updates, policies & post-deployment issues 6. Collaborate with CTOs, IT Heads & System Admins 7. Drive smooth adoption — even with hesitant stakeholders 🧠 What we’re looking for 1. 2+ years in System Administration / IT Infrastructure 2. Strong enterprise-scale deployment experience 3. Windows expertise (with basic macOS & Linux exposure) 4. Confident communicator with solid customer-handling skills ✨ Nice to have 1. Intune / SCCM / Enterprise MDM exposure 2.
