Requirements • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven C-suite/Director-level placements. • Strong network in fintech, infrastructure, or trade sectors. • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools. • Certified: CIPM / SHRM / PHR (or equivalent). • Ability to engage passive candidates and deliver under pressure.
