Talent Acquisition Manager

Manager- Talent Acquisition Role & Responsibilities •Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple open positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. ••Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand department goals, hiring needs, and job requirements. •Create and publish job postings across various platforms including job portals, social media, and internal databases. •Use diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and generate new business opportunities. •Conduct resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and interviews, ensuring the right fit for both client and candidate. •Coordinate and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation support. •Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database, including active, passive, hired, and rejected profiles. •Track hiring progress and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers, updating records in the internal system.
