End-to-end hiring: Sourcing → Screening → Offer → Onboarding 2. Build talent pipeline for Sales, Counselors, Content, Tech roles 3. Campus hiring + Job fairs in Satna/Rewa region 4. Employer branding for Career Helmet in MP market 5. ATS + LinkedIn Recruiter management ✅ You’re a fit if: - 3-8 yrs in TA/Recruitment. Startup experience = big plus - Great at LinkedIn + Naukri + Campus connect - Hustler mindset.
