The ideal partner will be confident sourcing for both tech and non-tech roles, across different seniority levels, and capable of building strong pipelines quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, understands hiring priorities, and can consistently deliver quality shortlists.
Scope of work includes:
Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases; conducting initial profile screening; sharing structured shortlists aligned to role requirements; supporting outreach and candidate follow-ups; and providing regular pipeline updates to keep hiring on track.
What Iβm looking for:
Proven experience in sourcing for diverse roles, strong communication and stakeholder management, good turnaround time, and a practical approach to matching candidates to requirements. Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.
