If you have over 5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for finding top talent in Development, Design, Marketing, and QA, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: - Own the full recruitment cycle for digital roles across LATAM - Build smart sourcing strategies using AI, niche platforms, and job boards - Optimize pipelines, improve processes, and deliver quality at speed - Collaborate closely with hiring leads This position is 100% remote and open to candidates in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Colombia.
