- 4 to 7 years of hands-on IT/tech recruitment experience in product or tech-heavy environments
-End-to-end hiring ownership for technical roles (sourcing to offer closure)
Proven experience hiring niche tech roles: Software, Data, BI, QA, Cloud/DevOps, IT Support, UI/UX, Technical PMs
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing beyond job boards (LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, talent mapping, passive hiring)
- Experience with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and tech screening/evaluations
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to forecast demand and close roles at speed
- Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and candidate management skills
- Bachelorβs degree (Technical background or MBA preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION
β Own and execute an end-to-end hiring cycle for technology roles across in-house, project, and field teams.
β Build strong pipelines for roles such as: Software Developers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Support Engineers, UI/UX, Cloud/DevOps, and Technical PMs.
β Develop innovative sourcing strategies: job boards, tech communities, referrals, LinkedIn search, talent mapping & passive sourcing.
β Create, refine, and publish accurate role-based JDs aligned to tech skill requirements.
β Screen resumes, administer assessments, evaluate technical skills, and shortlist candidates.
β Partner with hiring managers, tech leads, and project teams to understand skill gaps and forecast demand.
β Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and TA workflows end-to-end.
β Build campus & lateral pipelines for niche and emerging technology roles.
β Maintain hiring dashboards, TA metrics, and reporting.
β Enhance candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback, clarity, and high-touch communication.
β Manage external agencies, freelance recruiters, and technical staffing vendors.
β Maintain reusable talent databases and ready-to-deploy candidate pools.
β Advise on market trends, tech talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competitiveness.
β Work with HR Ops to ensure seamless onboarding and HRIS handoffs.
β Experiment with ATS tools and sourcing technology to drive TA efficiency.
