Rather than waiting for applicants, you’ll actively seek out the best talent using creative sourcing strategies and modern tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned with hiring goals Identify and generate candidate leads across multiple platforms (social media, job boards, databases, etc.) Utilize sourcing tools, programs, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Engage and communicate with potential candidates, including cold outreach Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers Track, manage, and report sourcing metrics and analytics 🤝 What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines creativity, persistence, and strong communication skills with a passion for talent acquisition.
