Tech Lead (Qatar Local Hire Only) Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance) Role Overview  Seeking a highly capable Tech Lead to drive system enhancement, oversee development processes, and lead a cross-functional technical team to ensure efficient and scalable delivery.    Key Responsibilities: ·      Lead and manage a team of Senior Developers ,Project Manager and Product/Support (PM)  ·      Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability  ·      Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives  ·      Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards  ·      Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices Qualifications: ·      Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • ·      Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development  ·      At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior role  ·      Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects  ·      Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services  ·      Proven expertise in Flutter development  ·      Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments) ·      Experience with system architecture and scalable applications ·      Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management Qualified and interested applicants may send their CV to: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] +974 70788820
