Need candidates with 5+ years’ experience   Job Description   We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst who can understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help drive solutions from concept through delivery. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.   Responsibilities   • Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Partner with developers, architects, PMs, and SMEs on solution design • Participate in design reviews and challenge assumptions when needed • Create and execute test scenarios / support UAT efforts • Ensure requirements are ready for development teams • Analyze workflows, dependencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups • Act as liaison between business users and IT teams   Required Skills   • 5+ years of Systems Analyst / Business Analyst experience • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Understanding of SDLC, systems design, and technical architecture • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical / problem-solving abilities
