Role Overview - We are seeking a freelancer, part-time, or full-time Technical Content Writer with deep DevOps and Azure DevOps experience. This role requires someone who can go beyond surface-level writing and produce technically accurate, detailed, and strategic content tailored to a DevOps audience. - You will play a critical role in ensuring all website and technical content across our two brands remains current, technically strong, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our brand voice. Key Responsibilities - Update and optimize content across two company websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates - Write in-depth technical blog posts focused on DevOps, Azure DevOps, requirements management, traceability, compliance, and related topics - Develop technical documentation, guides, use cases, and test cases - Create content that demonstrates hands-on understanding of Azure DevOps workflows, pipelines, boards, repos, and integrations - Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, strategically structured, and aligned with target keywords - Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, authoritative content - Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and brand positioning Requirements - Proven experience writing technical content in DevOps environments - Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Test Plans, etc.) - Ability to write deep, technically accurate content (not high-level marketing copy) - Experience writing technical blogs, product documentation, and/or test documentation - Strong understanding of SEO best practices for technical content - Excellent research, editing, and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Work Arrangement - This is a remote role and can be structured as freelance, part-time, or full-time depending on experience and availability.
