The role requires strong leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on technical proficiency across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.   Key Responsibilities: ●    Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications.  ●    Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. ●    Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.  ●    Review code, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement.  ●    Assist in resolving complex technical challenges and removing team blockers.  ●    Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams. ●    Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  ●    Contribute to technology strategy, project planning, and hiring initiatives.       Technical Requirements   ●    Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI)  ●    Frontend: ReactJS or AngularJS  ●    Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL  ●    Cloud Platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure  ●    Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Terraform and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.    Key Competencies  ●    Strong leadership and team management skills.    ●    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  ●    Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  ●    Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions under tight deadlines.   Education ●    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.    #Nodejs #angularjs #microservices #terroform #restfulAPIs
