Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a freelance Technical Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming web projects. This is a delivery-focused role, bridging design, development, and content to ensure projects move smoothly, stay on track, and ship on time. What we’re looking for: ➡️ Agile delivery experience (sprint planning, backlog grooming, iterative releases) ➡️ Resource levelling and allocation across design, development, and content ➡️ Strong scope clarity and delivery prioritisation (MVP vs Phase 2+) ➡️ Solid understanding of Webflow fundamentals (CMS, components, interactions, responsive layouts) ➡️ Front-end literacy (HTML, CSS, light JavaScript) ➡️ Working knowledge of integrations, SEO, performance, and accessibility basics ➡️ Confident budget and delivery management ➡️ Based in Dubai and able to attend in-person meetings This is a freelance engagement, with potential to extend, working with a fast-paced team on meaningful builds.
