Key Skills & Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical recruitment experience, specifically in a product-based or SaaS organization.
- Strong hiring experience for roles including Backend/Frontend Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Mobile Developers, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Security Engineers, and Product roles.
- Solid understanding of modern tech stacks such as Java, Python, Microservices, Cloud, DevOps, APIs, and Data.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth product environments.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment reporting.
