We’re Hiring: Technical Writer (2-4 Years Experience) 📍Location - Bangalore At Skyhigh Security, we don't just protect data; we make the complex world of SSE (Security Service Edge) simple and accessible. We are looking for a Technical Writer who is passionate about clarity, security, and the user journey to join our world-class Documentation team. The Role! As a Technical Writer, you’ll be the bridge between our engineers and our customers. You won't just be "writing manuals"—you’ll be crafting the educational backbone of our cloud security platform. What You’ll Do?? Create & Curate: Develop high-quality technical documentation for SaaS products, including admin guides, API references, and release notes. Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn technical specs into "human-readable" content. Simplify: Take deep dives into cloud security architecture and emerge with clear, concise instructions. Innovate: Contribute to documentation styles and standards, ensuring a consistent voice across the Skyhigh ecosystem. Who You Are?? Experienced: You have (2-4) years of technical writing experience (bonus points if it’s in Cyber Security or Cloud/SaaS). Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with DITA, XML, Markdown, Document360 or similar authoring tools. Curious: You aren't afraid to go around a UI or look at code to understand how a feature actually works. Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—from a misplaced comma to a broken link in an API doc. Why Skyhigh Security?
