🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer (Engineering & Operations Documentation) 📍 Location: Bengaluru We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join a global engineering and innovation environment supporting complex energy operations. This role is part of an Information Management team working closely with engineers, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to create and maintain critical operational documentation that ensures safety, compliance, and efficiency across large-scale processing facilities. 🔍 Role Overview The Technical Writer will be responsible for translating complex technical and engineering concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for operational teams. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Equipment Manuals, and HSE / Process Safety documentation Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and audience-appropriate content Review engineering documents, standards, diagrams, and regulatory requirements for compliance Ensure updates from MOCs, HAZOPs, and other processes are reflected in documentation Maintain alignment with industry standards including Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles 🎯 What We’re Looking For 5+ years of technical writing experience in Complex Processing Facility environments (LNG / Refinery / Chemicals preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Process or related discipline) from a recognized university Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe tools Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences 🕒 Shift Timings 2 shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 1:30 PM onwards 🌟 Why This Opportunity Work in a global engineering and innovation-driven environment Collaborate with highly experienced technical teams Contribute to safety-critical and high-impact operational documentation Be part of a culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning 📩 Interested candidates may apply directly through the link provided in the job posting. #TechnicalWriter #EngineeringJobs #LNG #Refinery #ChemicalIndustry #Documentation #Hiring #BangaloreJobs #Operations #HSE #EngineeringCareers #JobOpening
