Key Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional technical writing experience
• Experience with SOPs, standards, software instructions, and system configurations
• Experience with Information Mapping and topic-based writing methodology
• Strong documentation, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience creating flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, manuals, and technical documentation
