Role Description We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will take charge of designing user-friendly interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while ensuring seamless user experiences. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, analyzing design feedback, and ensuring the final product meets both user and business needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Visual Design, Mockup creation, and designing high-quality user interfaces Experience in User Experience (UX) design and applying user-centered design principles Knowledge of Front-End Development concepts to effectively bridge design and development teams Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, product teams, and stakeholders Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent Capability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing A portfolio showcasing your work in UI and UX design Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field is a plus.
