This role goes beyond execution—you’ll shape product direction, build scalable design systems, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. 🔥 Key Responsibilities Drive design strategy & vision across web and mobile platforms Lead end-to-end design lifecycle (research → ideation → execution) Build and scale design systems for consistency and efficiency Mentor and lead a team of designers Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on roadmaps Ensure user-centered design through research & testing Translate complex problems into intuitive experiences Maintain design standards & best practices Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with dev teams Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) Present and influence stakeholders with strong design thinking 🎯 Requirements 12–15 years in UI/UX design Proven experience leading design teams & large-scale products Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design Expertise in Figma & Design Systems Strong knowledge of user research & interaction design Understanding of HTML/CSS & Agile environments Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills ⭐ Nice to Have Experience in SaaS / Enterprise / B2B products Exposure to Design Ops & distributed teams Motion design (Lottie, Rive, After Effects) Data visualization & AI-driven UX patterns 🛠 Tools & Skills Figma | FigJam | Design Systems | Prototyping | Maze | Hotjar | Storybook | Zeplin | Adobe Suite | Miro | Jira | Confluence | WCAG 📩 Interested?
