#Career_Opportunity: mid-level UI/UX Designer Location: Cairo, Nasr City – On-site Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (Full-time) Reporting to: Product Manager About the Role At SMAW, we are building a world-class SaaS platform that simplifies the entire employee journey. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex HR workflows into elegant, intuitive, and high-performance digital experiences. You will be the architect of our visual identity and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Product Design: Lead the design process for our multi-tenant SaaS, creating high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. User Research: Conduct user testing and research to understand HR personas and improve the "Recruitment to Retirement" flow. Design System: Maintain and scale our design system to ensure consistency across all modules like Payroll, GOSI, and AI Agents. Collaboration: Partner with Fullstack developers and QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for complex B2B SaaS or Fintech products. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, minimalist, and "Uber-inspired" aesthetic. Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Prototyping tools, and Design Handoff processes. Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market's visual preferences and RTL (Arabic) design nuances is a huge plus.
