UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for UI/UX Designers (Project-Based) with a strong eye for website design and conversion-focused user journeys. Budget: open to discussion (per project) Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end website UI/UX process: sitemap → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → clickable prototype. - Build and maintain a web component system (buttons, forms, cards, headers, grids) for fast, consistent design. - Create responsive designs (desktop/tablet/mobile) with practical layout behavior for development handoff. - Improve conversion paths (CTAs, lead forms, page hierarchy, navigation clarity) based on best practices. Requirements: - Strong portfolio showcasing website UI/UX (not only apps) and clean layout decisions. - Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components/variants, design systems). - Solid understanding of web UX best practices (information architecture, accessibility, usability). - Comfortable designing for responsive web and multiple breakpoints. - Familiarity with collaboration and handoff tools like Miro (flows/workshops) and Zeplin (handoff/specs). - Bonus: knowledge of 3D web experiences / interactive sites and understanding how to design UI around 3D scenes and motion.
