You will work across web and mobile interfaces, translating complex requirements into clean, functional, and visually consistent design systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to understand user needs and design seamless interactions that enhance engagement and clarity. Strong skills in UI design principles, UX research thinking, and interaction design are essential. You should be able to iterate quickly based on feedback and balance aesthetics with functionality. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, workflows, and user interfaces for AI-powered tools, conducting usability improvements, and maintaining design consistency across systems. Experience with tools like Figma, prototyping platforms, and design systems is highly valuable. You should also be comfortable analyzing user behavior patterns and improving product usability through structured design thinking. Ideal candidates have strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
