UI/UX Designer

UI/UX designer Remote Contract   We are looking for a contractor! Looking for a contract UX designer who is proficient with mobile design, preferably in a healthcare and/or ecommerce context. We have two specific projects plus some general enhancements needed: a. Very quick turnaround - need to update app onboarding workflow to reduce friction as much as possible while patient completes identify verification steps. Technical workflow has been designed, we just need help with the front end. Maximum six week turnaround. b. Longer turnaround - net new feature built into existing mobile app with an ecommerce component. Need to build an catalog that patients can browse and subscribe to content. The delivery of the content (playing videos) already exists, we need to design the catalog and cart/subscription management. Need designs locked in by end of March. c. Open ended enhancements - perform analysis of existing mobile app and identify potential improvements to encourage patient engagement - both trying to reduce friction/frustration on existing features and developing new ones to encourage patients to keep logging in every day. Ex: ways to take ownership of their health/trends/data, gamification, rewards, community, etc. Could include both the open-ended analysis/research component (including collab with product/dev teams) as well as designing high fidelity mockups for the features once identified.
