UI/UX Designer

🤖 Hiring Senior UI/UX Designer in Riyadh, KSA with a proven track record of owning complex digital design projects from research to delivery, not just executing tasks handed to them. You will be working across end-to-end product design cycles, collaborating directly with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where your portfolio and depth of thinking will matter more than your job title. You should apply if you have: 5 to 7 years of solid, hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of diverse digital products Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Marvel Proficiency in writing clear design documentation, including user stories, design briefs, wireframe annotations, and handoff specifications Real experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions, not just familiarity with the concepts Contributed to or worked within a design system in a multi-product environment The ability to independently map full user flows, information architecture, and interaction models Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with front-end concepts such as HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers
