The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications.You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs into engaging product experiences.Responsibilities• Conduct user research and convert insights into design strategies• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries• Design responsive and adaptive experiences for web and mobile• Ensure ADA accessibility compliance• Define information architecture and user journeys• Apply principles of typography, color theory, and layout• Implement Figma design tokens for scalable UI systems• Participate in usability testing and design iteration• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementationRequired Skills• Expert in Figma• Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design• Strong UI design fundamentals• Experience designing responsive web applications• Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards• Experience working with design tokensMandatory Requirement• Active UX or Product Design related certifications preferred• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per weekidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions.
